Throughout 2026, Vilalara Grand Hotel marks six decades with a curated programme of unique events: Chef’s dinners, memorable nights, an immersive wellness week and much more, all set against the breathtaking cliffs of the Algarve.
23 May 2026 - Gaivotas Restaurants
An intimate dinner inspired by the elegance and atmosphere the 1960s, on the cliffs where Vilalara’s story began. With the presence of Lara Beirão da Veiga, granddaughter of founder George Ansley, each course is accompanied by visual storytelling celebrating the hotel’s history.
17 June 2026 - Raízes Horta da Terra
A special edition of the Chronicle Dinners uniting Vilalara and Vila Lisa through a shared philosophy of hospitality. Places with character, memory and authenticity. A night dedicated to the dialogue between legacy and contemporaneity.
27 June 2026 - Praça das Rosas
An elegant an contemporary interpretation of the traditional Santos. Populares festivals. Portuguese flavours, live music, gastronomic stations and moments of conviviality in a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, crafted for guest, residents and invited partners.
11 July 2026 - Jardim dos Pinheiros
A singular encounter between Atlantic identity and Japanese precision. Beneath the pine of Vilalara, Atlantic meets Pacific for an immersive gastronomic experience exploring texture, seasonality and sensory contrast through a carefully crafted tasting menu.
22 July 2026 - Vilalara Cliffs
White attire, music, cocktails and carefully curated moments unfold on the cliffs in an atmosphere designed to celebrate the rhythm of summer by the sea. Light, luminous and timeless – an elegant summer celebration created exclusively for Vilalara guests.
Gastronomy month - September 2026
Four nights, four restaurants, four chef collaborations. The gastronomic season closes with a collective celebration at Praça das Rosas.
